Welcome to APKzo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the APKzo website and any content, files, or services we make available (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use APKzo.
1. About APKzo
APKzo is a catalogue and download directory for Android application packages (APK files). We let you browse app listings and download installation files directly to your device. APKzo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, the Google Play Store, or any of the app developers listed unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may use APKzo only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

- You agree to use APKzo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. APK Files and Third-Party Software
Apps listed on APKzo are created and owned by their respective developers. APKzo provides the installation files "as is" for your convenience. We do not guarantee that any file is free of defects, compatible with your device, or kept current. You install third-party software at your own risk and are responsible for reviewing each app's own terms and permissions.
We make reasonable efforts to host original, unmodified APKs. Always keep Google Play Protect or comparable security software enabled when sideloading apps.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APKzo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, devices, or profits arising from your use of the Service or any downloaded file.
